Tristan oversees product and development at Team Recovery. He brings a background in strategic planning and communication, along with experience in CARF accreditation and state licensing for substance use disorder (SUD) facilities in Utah. He also spent some time working at Crumbl Cookies.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys golfing, watching football, and spending time with his family.
